How long do I have access to the course after purchasing? Does the course expire?

You have unlimited access to the course for as long as the course is available and can work at your own pace returning to the lessons and class anytime you choose.

Can I get a refund? What is your refund policy?

Yes. Refunds are available within 3 days of your purchase, and you find this class isn’t for you. We will just request more information from you about your experience in return. 

Can I view the course more than once?

Yes! Our courses are designed to “work at your own pace”,  therefore all of the content is available as soon as you purchase and you can watch and re-watch as much as you like. 

What supplies are required?

A list of recommended supplies is covered in the course! 

Approximate cost of supplies necessary?

We always recommend that you work within your own budget.  Nicki will show you her recommended supply list that is a mix of student grade and professional supplies and why she chose them for the class. You can decide what to purchase once you’ve watched the supplies lesson.  For example student grade paints are fine to get started with and you can always upgrade as you grow your watercolor skills and confidence!

Are there any supplies provided?

No, what you are purchasing is pre-recorded video lessons! Each section is broken down into manageable video lessons so you can easily look back and review sections if needed. 

Do I need to know how to draw to take this class?

No drawing experience necessary.  Nicki will show you how to paint everything that is covered in your course. 

Can I download the course?

The lessons are viewed via our online portal. Downloading of the course is not available due to internet piracy. We hope you understand this is the only way to protect the course from being resold.

How do I change my password?

Once you have accessed your account using the provided username and password you may change your password by selecting the profile icon in the top right (This looks like the outline of a person) then selecting settings. Scroll down to the section labeled “Password”, here you enter the current password and then the new password twice. Select “Save” at the bottom right hand corner. 

Do I need to be located in a specific country to purchase? 

No, it is available online no matter where you live.
